Invitation
to a macro-regional civil meeting
Budapest, 29 February – 1 March 2024
Venue: Ibis Styles Budapest Center (1074 Budapest, Rákóczi út 58.)
Host organisation: European House Budapest
This is Mission One, a promising starting event of the New Year when representatives of civil society organisations from the Danube (EUSDR) macro-region and beyond join forces in the Hungarian capital to put into practice their commitment to assist the creation of an EU macro-regional civil strategy.
This is not a one-off event: it was preceeded by the successful holding og the First Macro-Regional Citizen Agora (Budapest, 7-8 December 2023) and will be followed during the year by similar meetings, missions in the other macro-regions. This inclusive process with a bottom-up character aims to create a strong and sustainable civil pillar for the EU macro-regional civil strategy.
